Monolith Media Center PC - build to order MythTV HTPCs August 17, 2006

If you’re a fan of the MythTV Media Center application suite but were put off in creating a system using it because it runs on Linux, then you should check out the folks over at Monolith Media Center. They are now selling build to order systems that come with Ubuntu Linux and MythTV installed. Each Monolith Media Center comes with all the things you’ll need to get MythTV up and running - that includes a remote control, IRBlaster, and necessary cables. The default package features:
- 200 GB HDD
- Single TV tuner
- DVD-R drive
- IR Blaster
- RCA Audio Cable
- Composite video cable, S-Video cable
You can purchase additional upgrades but the default system price is $649.99
