Mac users rejoice - Elgato Systems has a new product out called the EyeTV Hybrid which really is two products in one small USB device. The EyeTV Hybrid allows you to view free over the air digital TV as well as analog TV via antenna or standard cable connections. You’ll also get a break out cable system which provides composite video and s-video connectors which allows you to connect the EyeTV Hybrid to set-top boxes. Finally, the EyeTV Hybrid works wonderfully with the Apple Remote and works in conjunction with eyetv2 software from Elgato Systems. With eyetv2 software, you’ll get DVR like functionality integrated right into Apple’s FrontRow user interface. Finally, the EyeTV Hybrid can be yours for $149.95 on Elgato’s Website.
