KWorld has announced a new TV tuner in the form of the DVB-T PE310. The DVB-T PE310 is a dual hybrid TV tuner PCI-Express card initially designed for the UK market.
With the KWorld DVB-T PE310, you have a card that supports dual analog TV tuning or dual digital tuning or one digital and one analog TV tuning.

Will this tuner work with a satellite system?
what DVB-T? mpeg2 or mpeg4 avc (h.264)?
Walter - I don’t believe this tuner will work with what you are envisioning. The output from a satellite set top box could be piped to a tuner card but usually only via something like s-video. This tuner is designed for over the air digital transmissions such as DVB-T
Could I connect the s-video output from my digital cable (Motorola DCT 6200) to this? (The answer could be the same as the satellite question…)
